The High Court of Hong Kong on Wednesday refused to grant an injunction to halt the listing of Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, the gaming company controlled by Stanley Ho.

The lawsuit was launched by Mr Ho’s estranged sister, Winnie, who on Tuesday filed a last-minute judicial review application in her latest attempt to scupper the listing, originally scheduled for Thursday.
