Welcome to The Financial Times
The Financial Times is universally acknowledged
as the world's leading business newspaper of global affairs and is
the flagship of the Financial Times group, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Pearson plc, the international media group.
It is the only world-wide daily concentrating on international business
and its team of 600 journalists present economic and business news
from a truly global perspective.
Since its foundation in London in 1888, the
FT has kept its readers up-to-date on vital world business, financial,
economic and political news. Now as then, its editorial policy is
to present authoritative, accurate, insightful news and analyses,
which are both objective and impartial.
Today the FT is printed at 22 print sites around the world, and,
with over a million readers world-wide, is the first daily newspaper
to sell more copies abroad than in its original home market.
As the most authoritative source of international news, comment
and analysis, the Financial Times is required reading for decision-makers
and opinion-shapers around the world.
The FT - What's in it for YOU
The Financial Times has 4 editions to serve the needs of its readers
in the Americas, UK, Continental Europe and Asia.
The US edition was launched in 1997 and is printed Monday through Saturday
at eight strategically located print sites across the US, offering
expanded home delivery in major markets nationwide.
Covering far more then just finance, the Financial Times gives you
insight and information on the global events and developments likely
to affect your business in the US. It is a complement to your local
business news sources, offering daily coverage of world events not
available anywhere else.
It is FT's aim to sift through the ever-increasing sea of data and
select information that is pertinent to you, edit it to give it
a sense of priority, meaning and context - and deliver it in a timely

In short, the FT provides you with all the information you need to
